The objective of the scheme is to encourage parents and the community to develop continuous personal involvement and commitment to the school.
Under this scheme, a parent must give at least forty (40) hours of voluntary services to the school in the 12 months before the child is due for registration (i.e between July 2014 and June 2015). All parents who have given at least 40 hours (or beyond) of voluntary service will be accorded the same priority in the registration. Child to be registered must be a Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
